Mentor-Coach/Coaching Supervision Client Experiences

"I was looking to progress my executive coaching skills, and having already received my Global Certificate in Leadership Coaching through Internal Impact, Perry was one of our key coaches. I found him excellent, very pragmatic, honest, engaging, and motivational.  As I was looking for a Mentor Coach, Perry came straight to mind, and I was lucky to have him engage in this relationship. During our Mentor coach engagement, Perry was very balanced, very focused on stretching me and my goals. He provided very clear feedback and was flexible both in the approach, sharing his learning and experience and also with our diaries. His challenges have helped me to raise my skill level and my confidence to drive forward our own Company Coaching program. I would definitely recommend Perry as a leadership results coach, and a Mentor coach."

Ruth W., PCC Coach

"Perry is an absolute joy to work with! He has this uncanny ability to get to the heart of the matter in any topic; noticing nauances that others may not have picked up on. Through his guidance and encouragement in our coaching, I was able to take risks and discover strengths that I was unaware of. I have achieved a far higher level of success in my coach training through his powerful coaching!"

Philippa P., ACC Coach

"Perry quickly saw my coaching strengths and where focused growth would make the most significant impact for my clients. He then skillfully worked me through the transformation of becoming a significantly better coach in just a few months. I'm impressed!"

Craig L., PCC Coach

"Perry served as my mentor coach for my ACC renewal. He did an excellent job of working with me to enhance my coaching skill in deepening each session to provide greater insight sooner. He helped me to gain greater understanding of how to coach to the client and provide more of what he/she needs in the moment. I am a more effective coach giving my clients much greater value because of Perry's mentorship!"

Mickey B., ACC Coach

"Perry Rhue is an excellent coach! Intuitive, engaging, honest, and encouraging, Perry sees the potential in his clients and skillfully helps them move forward and experience what they are capable of.  As my coach, Perry helped me move from a place where I lacked clarity and vision for coaching, and discover both how I was uniquely wired and how my unique personality and skill set fit with my passion for coaching. At the end of our coaching engagement I had clarity and confidence in what I was doing, and as a result, became a better coach and leader."

                                                                                                                      Annie B., PCC Executive Coach

"As a budding coach within my company, I've had the great luck to speak to Perry as an external guest in one of our regular Coaching Community of Practice calls. It was here that I explained my brief story, and Perry offered his services as a mentor-coach to me.  Perry has created a very safe, and thought-provoking atmosphere, almost a sanctuary where crazy ideas can be pondered freely.
I have walked away from each session energized, motivated, and felt a lot like after a good dose of laughter.  During the course of two and a half months with his assistance, I have been able to incorporate my passion for coaching into my daily job via interesting projects, improve my relationship with my own clients, and even vastly improve my work-life balance. Whatever challenge you might be facing, and no matter how daunting the task, I really recommend you to get in touch with Mr. Rhue."
