What We Offer

Ekklesia For Coaches By Coaches is a community of online peer advisory groups that provides to its members shared advice and guidance, action planning with accountability, business collaborations and referrals, coaching, consulting, and business development training. In essence, we've incorporated the best from individual professional groups/associations and fused them into one single entity to help successful business and life coaches become MORE SUCCESSFUL.

Another distinction is what we are not, i.e., "How to Scale to 6-7 Figures in 90 Days" or "10 Easy Ways to Get Clients Now" program or any other off the shelf sales package that promises such.

Our focus and vision for the Ekklesia community and its members are...

  • Business and life coaches, as well as those in the trusted advisor industry collaboratively helping one another, successfully running their practice like a business through a community of  "peer advisory boards" rather than alone.

  • Coaches behaving out of a mindset of abundance rather than scarcity.

  • Serving as 21st Century servant leaders to the marketplace.

Peer Advisory Groups

An Ekklesia Peer Advisory Group meeting is where members in a safe and highly confidential environment can share business issues, challenges, and opportunities that their “Board of Directors” can advise/assist with. Every discussion will end with each member committing to a personal action and accountability plan they are committed to complete before their next meeting.

Between monthly meetings, members will report their progress to the group via a 60-minute mid-month accountability checkpoint meeting held via phone/video conferencing.

All members will sign and honor a Non-Disclosure Agreement & Privacy Policy.

Business Collaboration & Referral "Super-Connectors"

Ekklesia is about building community through relationships.  We believe business collaborations, strategic alliances, and referrals will naturally happen among members as a result of their active participation within the group.  Therefore, members are encouraged to engage one another at this level, however, they must agree to and honor the group's Non-Solicitation Agreement & Policy.

Business Development

Many of the training available to the coaching and consulting industry is theoretical and analytical. This is useful to a point, but without training and application that leads to practical steps and action to produce tangible deliverables, you will remain stuck where you have always been.  Therefore, all Ekklesia members will have access, at a reduced fee, to ongoing business development training that is explicitly designed for the trusted advisors' sector.

We created our training where you'll be able to run a business and know what to do without spending extra money on risky offerings. We want to put you in the position of running a great practice and build profit. Our courses will show you a path to success that will allow you to spend 30% of your time working on your business and 70% of the time servicing your client base. When you know the specific real-world actions and behaviors that lead to more success, it makes it very easy for you to return to what you're most passionate about, i.e., helping others with your skills and expertise.
